Steps to join the team:

#1 Online Registration [REGISTRAION is CLOSED]

#2 Complete All Paperwork-
Minor Waiver
Medical Release
Volunteer Waiver (one per parent)

#3 Make a copy of your Birth Certificate if this is your first Fall Season with the Falcons. Bring it with you to your Equipment Fitting or email it to Melissa at WilcoFalconsAD@gmail.com

#4 Sign up for your Equipment Fitting. Melissa will email you the link after your registration is received.

#5 Pay your Fall Football Fees
Middle School $325 [uniforms are extra]
High School $425 [uniforms are extra]
Uniform (which you keep) is extra. Game Pants are typically around $50 and Jerseys are $70/each (you need two). Most athletes can typically get 3+ years out of their
jerseys and game pants.

#6 Sign up for Volunteer Hours. Online sign-up link will be emailed to everyone on 7/6/24 at 8AM. Please watch your email.

#7 Sports Physicals are due no later than 7/31/24.

Volunteer Hours

We treat this program like a co-op. In order to make it run smoothly, everyone must pitch in. The rule of thumb for volunteering is 25 hours per athlete for the season (Aug-Nov). There is a slight break for additional athletes. For example, a family with two athletes should expect to volunteer 35-40 hours. The buy out program for volunteer hours is $300.00 for one child.

After signing up for a job duty, you may have something come up that makes it impossible for you to be there. It will be your responsibility to find a replacement. A phone/email list will be provided.

We will ask parents who are consistently unable to fulfill their commitments in previous years to take the buy-out program. If you know in advance that you may have difficulty meeting your volunteer hour commitments, please select the buy-out program at registration.

What you need to purchase:

Here is what you will need to play fall football that you buy yourself:

Practice pants (white, gray or black) with pads and belt
(most prefer the pads and belt to be "built in" to the pants)
Practice jersey (white)
1 gallon water jug (or 2, half gallon water jugs)
2 Mouth guards
Cleats

In general, these items should last a couple of years and they belong to you.

We will supply helmet and shoulder pads. You will return shoulder pads and helmet at the end of football.
