Steps to join the team:

#1 Complete the Online Registration

#2 Complete All Paperwork-
Minor Waiver (if you did this in spring, you can skip it this time)
Medical Release (if you did this in spring and there are no changes, you may skip)
Volunteer Waiver (ONE PER PARENT)

#3 Make a copy of your Birth Certificate if this is your first Fall Season with the Falcons. Bring it with you to your Equipment Fitting

#4 Sign up for your Equipment Fitting
Melissa will email you the link after your registration is received.

#5 Pay your Fall Football Fees- Due no later than June 30, 2026
Middle School $350 [uniforms are extra]
High School $450 [uniforms are extra]
Uniform (which you keep) is extra. Game Pants are typically around $50 and
Jerseys are $42/each (you need two).
Most athletes can typically get 2-3 years out of their jerseys and game pants.

#6 Sign up for Volunteer Hours. Online sign-up link will be emailed to everyone on 7/15/26 at 8AM. Please watch your email.

#7 Sports Physicals are due no later than 8/1/26.

Volunteer Hours

We treat this program like a co-op. In order to make it run smoothly, everyone must pitch in. The rule of thumb for volunteering is 25 hours per athlete for the season (Aug-Nov). There is a slight break for additional athletes. For example, a family with two athletes should expect to volunteer 35-40 hours. The buy out program for volunteer hours is $300.00 for one child.

After signing up for a job duty, you may have something come up that makes it impossible for you to be there. It will be your responsibility to find a replacement. A phone/email list will be provided.

We will ask parents who are consistently unable to fulfill their commitments in previous years to take the buy-out program. If you know in advance that you may have difficulty meeting your volunteer hour commitments, please select the buy-out program at registration.

What you need to purchase:

Here is what you will need to play fall football that you buy yourself:

Practice pants (white, navy or gray) with "Integrated Pads"
(pads built in)
1 WHITE pants for games (please don't use these as practice pants)
Practice jersey (white)
1 gallon water jug (or 2, half gallon water jugs)
2 Mouth guards
Cleats

In general, these items should last a couple of years and they belong to you.

We will supply helmet and shoulder pads. You will return shoulder pads and helmet at the end of football.
