Summer Conditioning


Starting June 22 we'll meet twice a week for skills development and conditioning. We'll meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6:00 pm.


This will be a great way to develop some basic football skills and get in shape prior to

August practice. The players will be divided into three groups for conditioning so that they can improve at a pace that is reasonable.

Those already working with Mr. McGarity can continue working with him on Monday nights if they like but we prefer you work with us on Thursdays.

What to Bring:

Wear shorts, t-shirt, and cleats. Bring water. A waiver if this is your first time to work out with us. (download below)

Summer Plans:

We realize that many of the athletes will have plans this summer that will conflict with the Summer Conditioning program. We understand. The conditioning program is completely optional and is not part of our official practice schedule which begins in August. If you can make it, great. If not, don't worry about it.


Most of the sessions will be at Williamson County Regional Park, Sam Bass Road, Round Rock, TX

Meet at the field just north of the basketball courts and across from the baseball fields. We may need to move around the park before we find an unoccupied field.

The Bastrop location:

From Austin:

Take Hwy 71 into Bastrop and exit Hwy 304 (1st exit). Turn Right on Hwy 304 and travel about 2 miles and turn right on Lower Red Rock Road (not sure about street sign). The road is Trigg lane if you turn left. After turning right on Lower Red Rock. the field is the third drive on the left.
