All of this is somewhat tentative due to the possibility of game changes or not being able to secure a certain practice field. But it should be a decent guide and will be mostly correct.
Our basic practice schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 5pm to 8pm. We hope to be have two practices at Olson Meadows and one practice elsewhere. Our permanent practice fields will not be secured until near the end of August. When it starts to get dark before 8pm, we'll stop practice earlier. In November we'll start practice at 4pm.
The Young Jr. High (ages 11-12) will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Practice will run from 8/20 - 10/15.
The Jr. High will practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays and some Mondays (8/12, 8/19, 8/26, 9/30, 10/21, 10/28). The first practice will be 8/12. First day will be full pads. Jr. High's last practice will be 10/29.
The High School will practice Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with a few exceptions (9/9 JV, 10/7, 10/28, 11/25). High school players should lift weights (45 minute workout with low weights and high reps) on Wednesday and Saturdays. High school practice will begin on 8/5 - no pads. Wear helmets on 8/8 and full pads starting 8/12. High school practice will go as long as we are still in the playoffs. Possibly until 11/26.
JV players who are not likely to get much playing time may continue with the team through the playoffs or stop practicing on 10/29.
