Varsity Cost: The cost per player for fall football, payable to the team is $465. In addition, each player will need to spend approximately $90 on individual purchases. A home game jersey will also be purchased by the player and will be his to keep. It will have his name on it. The cost is about $37 and it can be used for about two years. JV Cost: The fee for JV players is reduced by $100 if they are placed on the JV only team. The JV team plays less games.
Jr High Cost: The Jr. High fee is $175. However, Jr. High players will also buy their own helmet and shoulder pads which cost about $150.
Payment Deadline: The deadline for getting your payment in will be July 10. This will give us time to order the helmets and shoulder pads before practice in August. Missing the deadline may cause your player to lose full contact practice time and a small additional charge based on making individual orders for helmet and shoulder pads.
Other Costs: A big expense for all the teams on our schedule is the cost of renting a field and paying referees for home games. This can run from $500 to $900 per game. To offset this cost, teams typically charge $5 for adults and $3 for children for admission. We hope you will generously support our team (home games) and the teams we play (away games) in this way. Who: The program is for home school male athletes between the ages of 11 and 18. Each athlete will have four years of high school eligibility.
Where: Even though our name has "Williamson County" in it, we welcome athletes from neighboring counties as well.
Age: a student is not eligible for competition if he has reached the age of nineteen prior to September 1.
Academic Status: a student is not eligible for competition if he has graduated from high school or is no longer actively pursuing a high school degree.
