We are a cheerleading squad made up of home school young women, supporting the Falcon Football Team.

Vision: A squad that wants to honor God and encourage the players of WILCO Football. This will include learning appropriate chants and cheers and getting the crowd involved in rooting on the team. Learning the game of football will be a must.

We will abide by the philosophy, mission, and vision set forth by the Wilco Football Board of Directors.. All football, cheer, and board members are volunteers. We are a group of adults who volunteer our time and talents to bless students of all skill level.

"DAINTY CHEERLEADERS"

will be cheering at the Varsity games

AGES: 7 years old by 9.1.2020

Who can join: Home-schooled young women, in grades 2nd-12th for the 2020-2021 school year (or ages 7 to 18 as of September 1, 2020).

All girls desiring to cheer will be given the opportunity to do so either on the Varsity, Junior High, or Dainty squad. We do not hold tryouts or turn home school ladies away. Our vision is to bless the home school community and allowing as many young ladies an opportunity to fellowship, cheer, and grow strong friendships that will last a life time.

Volunteer Hours:

We treat this program like a co-op. In order to make it run smoothly, everyone must pitch in. The rule of thumb for volunteering is 25 hours per athlete for the season (Aug-Nov). There is a slight break for additional athletes. For example, a family with two athletes should expect to volunteer 35-40 hours. The buy out program for volunteer hours is $300.00 for one child and $100 for each additional child in the program.

After signing up for a job duty, you may have something come up that makes it impossible for you to be there. It will be your responsibility to find a replacement. A phone/email list will be provided.

We will ask parents who are consistently unable to fulfill their commitments in previous years to take the buy-out program. If you know in advance that you may have difficulty meeting your volunteer hour commitments, please select the buy-out program at registration.
