Our Vision for Spring Training
Four weeks dedicated to challenging athletes with drills and repetition to help them become a better all around athlete.
We will be focusing on quicker feet, core strengthening, and repetitive motions that will equip any athlete in any sport to excel.
We will host a Round robin football tournament at the end of the spring training where athletes will have the opportunity to display their skills in a healthy competition that will be concluded with a tournament and winning team.
We encourage athletes of all skill levels to join as a way to jump start their workouts, prepare for fall sports, and develop life long relationships along the way.

High school - helmets only
Ages 15-18 (as of 9/1/2014 - some 14 year olds may be better suited for the high school program)
Focus will be on agility, footwork and good body position, passing and receiving, and basic offense and defense.
March 4th - March 27th * Tuesday/Thursday 4-6:30 pm * Wednesday 7:30-10:00 am

At the end of Spring Training all athletes will be cleaning their own helmet at the Diesing's house. Please do not attempt to inflate or deflate your helmet. The cleaning will be done April 1st, assuming that it is a nice sunny day. We need the helmets to dry before they are stored away.
